The Source
1998 in Victoria’s Yarra Valley, a water witch by the name of Helen discovered a pure mountain spring in a place no one ever thought to look. Beneath the ferns and forest of Mount Toolbewong at a remarkable 650 metres above sea level, she pointed to a spot and said ‘dig there’.
Helen ‘The Water Witch’ found a great tasting natural spring water that rose to the surface through fractured granite rock in such a pure state it doesn’t even need to be filtered. This water is bottled at the source and is now what we call Cool Change Natural Spring Water, the first bottled water in Australia that is packaged in a bottle made from plants.
